I thought this book was fantastic because there are so many times other people do things that ARE so annoying and you wonder, “Should I say anything or am I being ridiculous?” Lett systematically goes through every common situation in life and lets us know in no uncertain terms what really is acceptable and what is NOT. Not only do you become more aware of habits or actions you might do as the reader that could be inappropriate in the eyes of others, which is always helpful if you have any hope of being well liked and successful in life; but she pinpoints so accurately things people do that really do drive us crazy.

This book, if read by I would say everyone, would make life so much easier if we all followed simple rules of courtesy that could make the people around us have a much better day. It is practical, easy to ready, and gives you the “ah ha” moments that if we can’t teach our spouses and friends at least we can pass onto our children.

I really loved this book and will keep it as a reference for so many diverse situations — if anyone is annoying you? Buy it and leave it somewhere that person will see it!
